Bite The Buffalo
Jaw clenching, sonic quenching, panty drenching stomp-rock licks, melding with raw, driving grooves that form a perfectly harmonious brew. The melodic hard rock of queens of the stone age with the live energy of the hives. Dirty, flirty, throbbing songs, to ease the pain and please the throngs. Sit back, buckle up and surrender to the boozey swagger of these stomp rock-meisters from bath as they create the soundtrack for a modern uprising.

The band recently headlined the rabbit hole at glastonbury festival and rocked the arc stage at larmer tree festival 2016. Their forthcoming album ‘big blind’ was produced by Chris Ellul from The Heavy who they have supported across europe, as well as touring with everyone from robert plant to the fat white family. They have a publishing deal with ninja tunes and syncs in 2016 include shameless usa, criminal minds and chanel 4’s live formula 1 coverage, with a hollywood blockbuster to come in 2017. Radio coverage in 2016 includes 6 music and VFM.

Bite the buffalo are:
Stos Goneos (vocals, guitar),
Miti Goneos (drums, vocals),
Cass Jones (bass, vocals) and
Jake Meeking (guitar, vocals)

“Armed with a 70’s hofner, a marshall stack, and a shedload of filthy fuzz, stos holds up the riffs and melodies whilst dimitri is the backing vocalist and harmonica howlin sticks man. The visual aesthetic is clever and purely incidental, but it’s a record label’s dream. Two very similar looking guys, from a land far away, playing music that sounds like a motorbike orgy. They could bag a deal purely on that basis, but today i’m glad i still get the chance to see them in a beer brawling rock’n roll venue.”
(Richard Beech – Sonic State)

“You can feel the breeze of Zeppelin’s back-catalogue blowing through their minds, but there’s also the 21st century twist of Kings Of Leon – knowing that today’s music fans require a little more from their blues rock.”
